Stresskompetenz ist eine zentrale professionelle Fähigkeit im Gesundheitswesen. Sie beschreibt die Fähigkeit, unter hoher Belastung wahrnehmungsfähig, handlungsfähig und innerlich reguliert zu bleiben – ohne sich selbst zu verlieren. 

Warum Stresskompetenz zählt

Stress entsteht im Zusammenspiel äusserer Anforderungen, individueller Bewertungen und verfügbarer Ressourcen. Wird er nicht ausreichend reguliert, beeinträchtigt dies Präsenz, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und die Qualität professioneller Beziehungen. Gut entwickelte Stresskompetenz stärkt die Selbstwirksamkeit, schützt vor Überlastung und ermöglicht auch unter hoher Belastung eine klare, verantwortungsvolle Handlungspraxis.
